The Customer Information Data Analyst position champions the corporate customer database at Quinn. Executes various tasks associated with the implementation and ongoing delivery of Sales Link and customer data within DBS. Executes implementation and ongoing support of customer onboarding processes and system data quality. Tasks associated include communication, training, analysis, and utilization of Sales Link. Administer the Texada software system application.

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Customer Information Data Analyst include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Create, maintain, train, and enforce policies and procedures for handling customer information.
· Support strategy, analyze and report data quality opportunities with Caterpillar Trifecta compliance and core customer contact information including but not limited to complete name, phone numbers, job title, email address.
· Audit sales records, confirm and report customer activation and utilization of Caterpillar's digital channels.
· Support marketing strategies by providing targeted machine and customer contact information for on-going campaigns.
· Support strategy, analyze and report opportunities for Part.Cat.Com and Cat Central customer utilization.
· Support strategy, analyze and report opportunities for Product Link connected/non-connected fleet and utilization of Caterpillar's VisionLink.
· Support strategy, analyze current usage and report opportunities to increase Quinn effectiveness with S·O·S services.
· Track customer utilization of Cat Credits.
· Support strategy, analyze and report opportunities with additional services and offerings including Customer Value Agreements and equipment rentals.
· Administration of tracking reports and KPIs to ensure customer support and activations is executed as per approved guidelines.
· Provides Sales Link and Sales Funnel training and education based on user role within the organization
· Delivers management of Customer information reporting systems.
· Supports ongoing CRM system enhancements.
· Reports and coordinates the resolution of CRM system related opportunities and reported issues with technology vendors.
· Encouraging and supporting use of Texada software throughout organization.
· Analyze customer database, revenue and opportunity data to create customer leads and understand customer trends
· Assist dealership with adherence to Caterpillar's operational excellence programs.
· Identify and correct variances in customer information such as duplicate entries, inter-customer relationships, and conversion of prospects to customer accounts.
· Travels to Quinn, Caterpillar, and customers' sites as required.
· Directs and advise others as it relates to Sales Link related activities.
· A fit with Quinn Company's performance driven culture.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, 1 to 3 years of extensive hands-on software implementation and sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CRM experience or equivalent preferred. Expert Excel skills required.

Perform routine Level 1, 2, and 3 scheduled maintenance and inspection according to manufacturer's specification including removal of generator/engine set for repair or replacement.
Perform major engine or component overhaul including remove, and installation.
At times perform in shop service or repairs on customers' equipment when applicable.
Deliver and hook up rental generators following all applicable local, state, and federal codes, regulations and safety guidelines.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school or GED and/or five years related experience. Successful completion or equivalent knowledge of the following product areas: Caterpillar Engine Electronics and Caterpillar 3000 thru 3500 Series Engines. Must have a strong gas and or diesel engine background. Must have the ability to effectively work on a laptop computer with knowledge of window-based programs. Knowledge with Caterpillar electronic engines preferred. Electric Power Generation background preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Repairs, modifies, lays-out, or fabricates (with or without schematics) a variety of metal work including construction vehicles and equipment.
Cuts, fits, and welds metal using gas and electric welding, equipment, performs skilled brazing and soldering; and uses a variety of machines, such as power saws, grinders, and drills, in completing work.
Operates heavy equipment.
Removes, installs, and/or repairs undercarriage components.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
General knowledge of tools and methods of the welding trade, including brazing, soldering electrical, and arc welding; the operation, minor repair, and preventive maintenance of gas-and diesel powered construction equipment; and safety practices related to welding and equipment repairs.
Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical manuals; design, fabricate, and repair a variety of metal work; maintain simple records; perform minor repair and maintenance on a variety of diesel-powered heavy equipment; operate a variety of construction equipment; and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to provide accurate information to lead/supervisor for quoting.

To qualify for the position of Power Systems Technical Communicator an individual must possess a strong Caterpillar technical background in Industrial Engines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for technical assistance with all Power Systems issues included but not limited to Industrial engines and Electric Power Generation systems.

• Update and maintain system records to ensure that these drive proper stocking levels and the most accurate parts information is provided to Parts Department employees. This includes: pricing updates, replaced or discontinued items, alternate parts, editing history of calls/demands, etc.
• Timely and accurate processing of miscellaneous vendor orders for inventory or customer emergency backorders as needed. Follow up on orders that are placed and communicate any issues to the store personnel or customer that processed the order. Timely and accurate resolution of any processing grief on emergency orders.
• Process claims to vendors as required. Follow up until a resolution is reached. Determine proper course of action based on the type of claim. Communicate the resolution to the corresponding Parts Manager(s). Work with Accounting in the application of any credits or debits for claims to the proper
• Coordinate yearly Caterpillar literature invoice audit. Work with all Parts and Service Managers to ensure that all internal literature subscriptions are still required and that they get coded to appropriate general ledger accounts. Perform timely and accurate invoicing of literature subscriptions to all Customers.
• Reviews Unadjusted Demand Report and adjusts history demand accordingly. Reviews the Daily Returns report and submit a Return Request to CAT.
• Assist in the completion of physical inventories and cycle counting as required. Travel to other Quinn Co. or Quinn Rental Service stores may be required.
