**IQVIA is seeking a CRA 2 with a minimum of 1.5 years of on-site oncology monitoring experience:** _Essential Functions_ Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits) in accordance with contracted scope of work and regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs to enhance predictability.
Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues.
Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalate quality issues as appropriate.
Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution. May support start-up phase.
Ensure copies/originals (as required) site documents are available for filing in the Trial Master File (TMF) and verify that the Investigator's Site File (ISF) is maintained in accordance with GCP and local regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports, generating follow-up letters and other required study documentation.
Collaborate and liaise with study team members for project execution support as appropriate.
If applicable, may be accountable for supporting development of project subject recruitment plan on a per site basis.
If applicable, may be accountable for site financial management according to executed clinical trial agreement and retrieve invoices according to local requirement.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred)
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience including on-site monitoring.

The Medical Science Liaison facilitates and develops the relationship with the medical/scientific community including physicians and medical centers, by communicating scientific and medical therapy area related information to investigators and institutions. They provide information on research developments, and new concepts in medical treatment. The Medical Science Liaison will also participate in close partnership with Site Management & Monitoring staff in the initiation, oversight, and follow-up of clinical studies. This is done in a strictly scientific, non-promotional manner, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide field-based medical support to Company's clinical research programs.
+ Deliver credible presentations on scientific matters in the disease area of responsibility and about company pipeline to investigators in company-sponsored interventional research.
+ Engage with clinical trial site investigators and staff to understand enrollment/screening barriers from a medical perspective and work with the site and client to find potential medical solutions. Aiming to support clinical trial enrollment.
+ Provide support to company clinical development and operations teams through site recommendations, initiation visits, facilitation of communication, and accrual support activities.
+ In an accurate, fair and balanced manner, exchange scientific information with external parties.
+ Report field intelligence to IQVIA/Client including competitive information, perspectives about compounds, and the treatment landscape.
+ Establish and maintain a close working relationship with site management & monitoring staff and partner in facilitating the initiation and conduct of prioritized Company clinical trials.
+ Supports clinicals study sites with knowledge and training on the disease, the treatment, the mode of action and new data on investigational molecules in a compliant manner.
+ Supports and aids in the preparation and conduction of advisory boards.
+ Consult with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical professionals, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, to refer appropriate patients to clinical trial sites and review clinical practice topics as requested by the investigator or referring sites.
+ Act as the point of contact with thought leaders for investigator-initiated study (IST's) ideas within company pipeline assets.
+ Participate in the site selection process by suggesting sites and investigator names to help identify appropriately qualified external experts the Company would wish to engage in collaborative efforts - such as potential research collaborations, or educational and advisory roles (Advisory Boards, Congresses, Symposia, etc.); while ensuring a high level of scientific or educational integrity in these collaborative efforts.
+ Facilitate medical and scientific field intelligence including maintaining a list of investigators/potential investigators within a given therapy area, understand competitor research activities in active or planned study sites, generate insights from investigators on challenges and opportunities.
+ Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences and may represent company in scientific booths at congresses.
+ Upon request, assist physicians with requests for access to company medicines on a named patient or compassionate use basis, subject to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Purpose of the Role:

What You'll Work On
Ensures that assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes. Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment and these areas of the plant according to job standards.
Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and food processing facilities. Operate specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, etc. to perform functions of job.
Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures.
Follow all company Sanitation SOPs for cleaning equipment and facility.
Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before requesting supervisor approval.
Removal of trash/garbage for the facility; mopping as needed, cleaning of floor drains and any exterior areas requiring attention.
Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation.
Washes and maintains cleaning carts and tools.
Maintain all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, instructions., cleaning equipment and tools.
Perform other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor.
Keeps the cleaning supplies stocked, on-hand and organized.
May be asked to work in other areas as needed, if trained.

What You'll Work On
Create, drive and implement holistic plant sanitation programs, policies and procedures for plant, warehouse and plant grounds. Assuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and all food safety policies and procedures
Act as sanitation support in the process of assessing and mitigating safety risk associated with construction and major maintenance.
Collaborate/Coordinate with Facility Supervisor, Operations Leadership, Operations Associates and Site Sanitation Crew to achieve desired Environmental Monitoring performance and Pest Control performance. May be responsible for leading the sanitation crew on all shifts for the site.
Evaluate facility sanitary conditions, assessing risk based on food safety and public health principles, prioritizing corrective actions, and verifying sanitation activities and validation testing
Evaluate monthly environmental samples for monitoring of pathogenic organisms in plant, trending the results and developing corrective actions
Conformance to master cleaning schedule and applicable cGMP guidelines, best practices and requirements.
Develop and implement all sanitation related training for sanitation and plant employees as needed;
Ensures all safety requirements related to sanitation are met including proper chemical storage, MSDS, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and procedures.
Maintain and write detailed clean up procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures for all plant equipment, driving towards reduced water and air usage.
Responsible for managing the site's integrated pest control program.
Manage the department budget, including cost savings initiatives related to sanitation programs and activities.
Hire and retain a diverse, highly qualified staff and provides ongoing performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring. Maintains a safe and professional work environment.
Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

Understanding and application of microbiological principles with in depth food borne pathogen knowledge.

Experience in successfully addressing environmental sanitation challenges in areas such as drains,
floors, walls, roofs, and equipment.

What You'll Work On
The Automation Support Professional is the primary automation account contact covering both technical support and customer experience. The position provides ongoing proactive product support for assigned accounts. The customer experience aspect of this role will focus on increasing customer loyalty, securing retention, and driving value expansion at assigned accounts.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
Provides technical Level I and Level II phone and on-site support to proactively maintain product performance or resolve customer complaints for hardware, software, and reagent issues.
Level I support is defined to a specific set of error codes that could be repaired in less than 1.5 hrs.
Level II support is defined as any error code excluding Level I that would be resolved in more than 1.5 hrs.
Performs proactive service support activities to maintain system performance.
Applies standard troubleshooting tools or concepts to identify the real issue and its root cause.

What You'll Work On
Assist in development, planning, and execution of all plant-related maintenance activities including Preventative, Predictive, and Demand maintenance work.
Develop and refine detailed maintenance job plans and procedures.
Trouble-shoot and resolve equipment-related issues that impact ongoing production.
Work with the Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to investigate, identify root cause, and implement corrective actions for equipment-related failures.
Drive continuous improvement in performance within Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Safety.
Conduct preventative maintenance programs, inspects, lubricates, repairs, and overhauls a wide variety of mechanical, plumbing and electrical, but not limited to: fire protection systems, building HVAC, egress systems and exit lighting. Analyze equipment breakdowns to determine source of trouble or malfunction. Recommend and or perform repairs to equipment.
Able to understand how to close gaps identified in Maintenance and training processes to close gaps and drive maintenance to become less tactical and more strategic
Model and promote organizational values by providing effective leadership, direction, development and support to the team.
Engage in drafting own goals, lead the process of development of team goals and growth planning.
Follows escalation reporting process with inputs from peers/manager for decision making as required. Make and communicate decisions that are appropriate for level of accountability.
Manage and guide the TPM team(s) to improve quality and increase productivity on the line. Communicates to line the High Performance Work Team daily while maintaining a constant floor presence. Maintains a safe work environment with 100% training and compliance to applicable procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, science, food technology, engineering or equivalent education and experience with maintenance responsibility in a regulated industry.
Demonstrated leadership skills in a plant maintenance environment
Knowledge of project planning tools and experience using them
Experience working with and implementing Continuous Improvement tools & methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
CMMS experience - scheduling, planning, developing job plans

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transporting specimens according to network policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate and participate in clinical research studies ensuring that studies are carried out according to protocol, contracted scope of work, good clinical practice, sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and any relevant local guidelines and regulations.
Essential Functions
• Provides clinical research support to investigators to prepare for and execute assigned research studies

(ECG), lab sample collection, spirometry, vital signs, dose verifications, cardiac telemetry monitoring, and
questionnaire administration
• Updates and maintains site staff skills, training and knowledge of current best nursing practices and topics
related to clinical research
• Assists the investigators to safeguard the well-being of subjects and maintain standards required of
clinical research sites
• Maintains a safe environment in accordance with site policies
• Acts as an advocate for research subjects
• Addresses subject questions in a pro-active manner and take remedial action as required
• Assists and advise site staff in nursing practices and on the delivery of study care to subjects
• Reports any deviations from normal research practices to senior staff and implement agreed changes in
the study care program
• Assists investigator in verifying that research study objectives are met on time, within budget and
according to application protocol requirements, clinical research regulations and quality standards
• Assists in providing training to new investigator site staff members on study-specific topics and
requirements
• Maintains adherence to investigator site staff training requirements by auditing and maintaining training
records
• Provides guidance and supervision to lower level site staff to help provide that processes are carried out
in line with protocols and SOP's, where applicable
• Participates in study process reviews and enhancement efforts to support control of site unit budget,
development of the research facilities and site services and the culture towards a high performing research
study team
• Prepares for and attend study monitoring visits, study audits and regulatory inspections with clinical
research regulatory agencies
• Adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other directives throughout this process
• Assists research site with coverage planning related to staffing and scheduling for research project
