    Our part-time MedTech Field Service Technician opportunity would see you supporting a leading medical device manufacturer's field support needs through the completion of preventative maintenance in hospitals, pharmacies and other clinical settings. The current product line being supported is an _automated medication dispensing system._ The part-time schedule for this opening will primarily be scheduled service appointments averaging 25-30 hours per week. This opening has opportunities for growth that could expand into supporting the reactive on-call team completing device repairs as needed. **Responsibilities:** + Travel locally and regionally as needed to complete bi-annual or yearly preventative maintenance for healthcare facilities. + Complete work order documentation following quality requirements. + Conduct routine system checks and record data from product tests after configuration. + Maintain tools assigned by the client as needed. + Per-diem (as needed) position requiring travel with some overnight assignments and flexibility. + Availability to work scheduled facilities that may require service to take place either during the business day, or after business hours (nights). + Coordinate with supporting teams such as schedulers to facilitate service appointments. **Job Requirements:** + High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required + Must have intermediate troubleshooting abilities in the disciplines of electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems. + Experience as a military technician, computer technician or other complex electronics technician preferred.
