The company culture can feel demanding at times, especially when it comes to work-life boundaries. It’s not uncommon to be contacted outside of standard working hours, including weekends and personal time off, which can be challenging for maintaining balance. There seems to be an expectation to consistently go above and beyond, though recognition or support isn’t always evenly distributed. Compensation and benefits are not always aligned with industry standards, which can create a sense of inconsistency across teams.

There seems to be strong commitment from leadership—especially toward select individuals. Boundaries are often flexible, particularly when it serves the priorities of management.

Leadership should take accountability for the decisions they make.

The company offers remote setting

Working here will leave you wondering how a place full of nice people could turn out to be such a toxic workplace. Most employees end up looking for a way out, while only a select few become management favorites, receiving extra benefits that no one else gets. The management and their favorites seem to fly constantly, as if they own their own airline, with no regard for the carbon footprint, acting as though it’s just a myth. After having a meeting with management, you’ll find yourself questioning reality. They are masters of gaslighting and invalidation, making you doubt whether your feelings and experiences are real or just a dream. They pay below-market salaries with no overtime, and extra work goes unrecognized unless they happen to like you more than others. The only real perk is the ability to work remotely. Career ladder? Forget it—unless you’re content doing the same tasks with extra work while your title changes, or if your idea of a career ladder is more like a stepping stool.
