With over 35 years experience running multi billion dollar operations in senior leadership rolls as company Executive Board Chair, CEO, COO and various group, division, and hospital rolls with operational responsibilities for more than 200 hospitals and health systems in 29 states ranging from small rural to large urban teaching facilities with industry leading companies of HCA/HTI, LPNT, PRV, and Capella Health.

He has been named to Modern Healthcare's \'Top 100 Most Powerful in Healthcare\' list and by Nashville Business Journal as a \'Healthcare Hero\' multiple times.

His operating responsibilities include M&A, JVs, capital markets, investor relations, strategic planning, operations and clinical management, physician alignment, IT, rev cycle, equipment and construction planning, supply chain, HIPPA, and compliance oversight.

John T Mason serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for Quorum Health, with oversight for daily technology and security operations, as well as the formulation and deployment of the long-term Information Technology Strategy for the organization.

Prior to his role at Quorum Health, John served as a Chief Information Officer and Healthcare Executive for various organizations in both the large, urban healthcare market as well as community-based hospitals. As the CIO at HCA for St. David’s Healthcare in Texas, John had a category leadership role in earning the 2014 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Preceding his time as a CIO, John forged and executed business development strategies while leading large-scale, high visibility, multi-million dollar projects for an award-winning, nationally-positioned consulting firm. He began his career by successfully leading culturally diverse, geographically dispersed teams toward common goal attainment in a highly complex, fast-paced environment as a U.S. Army Captain.

Recognized for his high energy, thought leadership, professional expertise and influential capabilities, John has served as keynote and guest speaker, guest lecturer and adjunct professor at various conference, university and college venues. In 2017, he was recognized as one of the ‘Top 100 Community Hospital CIOs to Know,” by Becker’s Hospital Review. In a volunteer capacity, John founded and serves as president of the non-profit Path of Hope Foundation, Inc.

Adam Loris is an Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Quorum Health and is based in Janesville, Wisconsin. He has worked as Administrative Summer Intern at Carlisle Regional Medical Center, Physician Compensation Manager at MERCY HEALTH SYSTEM, and MHA Candidate at American Civil Liberties Union. Adam studied at Southern Utah University between 2009 and 2011, Dixie State University between 2006 and 2009, and UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA between 2011 and 2013.

Glenn Hargreaves is a Senior VP/Chief Acctg Ofcr/Controller at Quorum Health and is based in Franklin, Tennessee. He has worked as Senior VP/Interim CFO/Chief Acctg Ofcr at Tivity Health Inc, Senior VP/Chief Acctg Officer at Tivity Health Inc, and Accountant at KPMG. Glenn attended American Civil Liberties Union and University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

She offers expertise in gaining consensus by translating complex plans into easily digestible insights and achievable outcomes. And she is committed to helping companies grow by enhancing leader quality, improving team execution, clarifying strategy and aligning culture.

M. Patrick Trammell are a Chief Executive Officer at Quorum Health and are based in Fort Payne, Alabama.
