As a Partner Operations Manager focused on the Apps SDK, you will enable a growing ecosystem of third-party developers building powerful applications on top of our A.I.. You'll help define, launch, and scale our partner program to accelerate app deployment and ensure a smooth, high-quality developer experience from onboarding to publishing.
About the Role
We are seeking a 6-month contract Partner Operations Manager to support third-party developers building applications on our AI Platform via the Apps SDK. You'll look after our partner program, develop enablement playbooks, streamline processes, and serve as a central point of contact across cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will run day-to-day operational workflows for partner onboarding, enablement, submission review, and publishing. You'll manage intake, streamline processes, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure partners have a smooth and high-quality path to building and launching apps.
This role requires a strong operator who can ramp quickly, work cross-functionally, and drive clear outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Triage, evaluate, and prioritize inbound partner interest from trusted channels
Deliver partner enablement, onboarding, resources, and support through submission and review
Define SLAs, workflows, handoffs, and documentation to ensure clarity and speed across the partnership cycle
Coordinate closely with Partnerships, Product, Product Ops, Technical Solutions, Safety, and Review teams to remove blockers and manage risk
Capture partner feedback and surface insights to improve tooling, docs, and processes
Track program performance, report progress, and provide cross-functional visibility into partner app readiness and deployment pipeline

This position is engaging, gives you a lot of variety in your day, and prepares you for more responsibility along your Road Ranger journey.
The ideal Co-Manager has 3 plus years of retail or restaurant management experience, is a friendly, hard-working and reliable leader who enjoys engaging with customers, employees, vendors and helping make a difference in someone's day.
