Paid Vacation time was good.
The upper management (especially the VP) were unorganized and pre occupied with ego stroking then doing the job at hand. They constantly ran off the good supervisors who didn’t play their games. Buckeye Power would be smart to never do business with them. The VP only keeps supervisors around that are incompetent. Supervisors belittle the crews and seem more engaged with drama then work.
When the day is over
Bill was great. Kevin needs a new position. He’s unorganized and costs the company money by mismanagement and losing bids.
Get rid of the snakes and bring in real management
Union wages. However they expect management to work for peanuts by promising increases.
There is none.
The pro was working here when the owner Bill was still alive
The management is awful from the VP down and have gotten too greedy with their job bids. Employees no matter if they are company hire or out of the hall are constantly berated by management and are encouraged to keep their mouth shut if an injury occurs ovn the job to maintain the Saftey rating required for power plant bids. The worst part is it was never like this when the deceased owner was still involved in day to day operations. Now they just spend all their time trying to backstab each other.
Union scale pay and benefits.
The upper management usually too busy trying to wine and dine plant management to pay much attention to day to day operations
Start over with leadership who will appreciate their revenue generators

Well, to put it bluntly the N-word seems to get thrown around a lot
The compensation is Union scale per the contract.

They want you to be mule No breaks no lunches no perks for doing job a good job can’t believe AEP uses them

Pay
The supervisors screw around and do what they want. Equipment is dangerous, but as long as no one gets hurt, problems are ignored or repair delayed. Safety is their motto but they don’t care a thing about it. When there’s no paperwork written up for an accident, the supervisors are happy and everyone gets a nice bonus at the end of the year. Supervisors- Ensure equipment is maintained, stop your mind games, and just do your job. Literally, people are risking their lives everyday and for what? Employees-expect to be yelled at regularly as a group for one or two people’s mistakes because the supervisors do not deal with issues as they arise or deal directly with employees having issues. If you say anything, you’re targeted and “let go”.
The Upper Management are more worried about money and screwing people over then doing a decent job.
