Position Duties:

Promptly receive and place parts on assigned bins and complete all documentation showing receipt of parts on receiving documents/invoices to be sent to purchasing for receipt into the TMT system. Show quantities received, communicate any discrepancies, sign and date the final copy sent.
Create work orders and sections on TMT MWS. Assign jobs to Technicians if required
Fill all Technician part requests in TMT
Assist with the completion of Vendor Repair Orders as required.

Print PM sheets if required
Put min/max on all parts boxes that are visible when walking through parts room
File invoices individually by company and month
Review completed PM/DOT check sheets daily for required part quantities entered on work orders and Technician 3 C's (Condition, Cause & Correction) are entered and understood
Complete all standard work orders in TMT daily
Order Imperial parts and supplies through purchasing when needed
Review and spot check inventory daily
Maintain “shop tool” sign out sheet up to date

Perform shift “hand off” to other shifts if required
Answer phones as needed
Check mailbox daily
