**Description** The Northeast Region (NER) Construction Field Operations Manager is responsible for the hiring, onboarding, resource assignment, mentoring, development, performance management, direction, and leadership of the Field Operations Department within the Northeast Region (NER) Construction Global Practice. NER Field Operations Section Managers and select Site Managers would report directly to this position.
