Cons of working at R. J. Corman Railroad Group

The Georgetown Ky Location Out at Toyota is very unorganized . The management at corman are very unprofessional and some are rude in ways . The place it self is very dirty even the office area and the break room have flies and dirty tables and floors and dirty appliances . Even the bathrooms are filthy and sometimes we do not have soap to wash our hands and you never see cleaners and if u do they dont clean . Out of all the places I have worked at I have to say this is the dirtiest place . I was setting in the office and to be honest I dont see how they can find anything . There is papers and dirty stuff everywhere . I have worked there over a year and nothing has changed. Our pay is insane for all they want you to do. We work till 4 am sometime even longer and sometime one of the team leaders belittles us making us feel small like we are not importnant and treat us like we are stupid . All she does is drive around in a truck or car demanding us to do things and flirts with almost anyone who shows her attention . None of the team leaders do a good job other then the ones you have on day shift. You guys need better management or you guys will end up in trouble and you need to hire professional cleaners thats ridiculous. And hire people with better pay and treat the employees u have better and give raises and get rid of the people who cant keep up . Theres no since we have to do every bodys job because they are lazy
