They are supportive of their employees it's a great place to work.

The leadership team is really one of the best ive worked with.

If given the opportunity I would ask every terminal the 1 problem they have taken all the answers and use them to structure a way to improve each location.

I was referred by the father of a man I recruited at another job. Set up my appointment told the hiring manager pay doesn't matter I just need a job and he hired me that day.

Pay is decent for part time employees

The lack of safety measures for dock workers. Most forklifts barely have brakes and when it’s humid the floors are extremely slippery and they (management ) don’t bother to address it, when it’s cold outside it colder inside.

I’m in the NJ terminal maybe see him once a year. He “seems” to be concerned with the workers but don’t they all.

Train every lead, supervisor on how to actually be leads or supervisor. Teach them how to be a little more assertive and a lot less passive aggressive.

On the loading docks. Just show you are willing to work, can’t be thin skinned.

From what I read they’re below average. It’s decent pay but there’s a lot you have to deal with. Crappy equipment toxic chemicals as well as toxic supervisors.

I like the diversity except for the amount of republicans, seems to be a lot. I’ve only ever met white people who are republicans that explains the “favoritism”on the loading dock.

I’m starting to rethink about my employment here. Wouldn’t call it “joy”but I like the fact that I can pay my bills.

Most drivers are team players

they only follow policy sometimes or when they want to when its convenient for them.
