Able to lead cross functional teams to identify the root cause and implement effective corrective actions for problems which impede the execution of production plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills required to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of business. Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully multi-task, excellent organizational skills, a high sense of urgency. Associate's degree+ and or trade school certification preferred.
