Successful candidates will demonstrate physical strength, capable of lifting and manipulating weights up to 50-75 lbs and performing tasks that involve frequent standing, bending, and crawling around commercial vehicles. Effective communication skills are a must, allowing you to collaborate with a tight-knit maintenance team to diagnose and resolve issues. Familiarity with operating equipment used in repairs, as well as excellent hand-eye coordination for precision tools, will aid in your success. Remember, safety is paramount; adherence to safety protocols and regular use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory in this role.
