COMPANY-OPERATED TEAM FLEET, HIGH PAY, RESET AT HOME EVERY WEEKEND.
Become part of a unique team-operated fleet with high miles and high pay! As a member of our private employee-operated fleet, you will service dedicated routes and deliver our product produced in Little Chute to our customers' plants in the United States and Canada. Our teams average 5,400 HUB miles per week and are home every weekend and holidays. This is not typical team driving. We leave on Mondays and are home every weekend for the HOS reset. Our trucks do not wait long to unload and we do not wait for back hauls. When you drive team for us the miles keep rolling. No hours of service layovers. Our drivers average 130,000 miles per year. · We are looking for a set team (husband/wife, father/son, etc.). We are also looking for a driver to be part of our team pool.
Compensation
Starting $.88 per mile (teams evenly split miles and miles paid off hub). Example: our teams average 5,400 miles per week times $.88 equals $4,752 divided by 2 equals $2,376 per driver per week paid weekly. Stop/drop pay is $20 per driver for each stop/drop. Our teams average 8 stops/drops per week which is $160 per driver per week

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and interpret written and oral instructions, comprehend and make inferences from written material, read and interpret blue prints.
Complete work orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsible for all machine maintenance with safety and functionality as a focus.
Identifies machine parts needed for repair or stocking and informs Maintenance Purchasing.
Perform work from an Arial platform scissors or boom lift in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
Identify and report problems and possible solutions regarding the efficiency and functionality of production assets.
Assist electricians when necessary with the mechanical aspects of the job.
Understand and comply with all lockout/tag out procedures.
Must work in a safe and ethical manner at all times.
Implement effective maintenance procedures to ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities are in an acceptable state of mechanical repair.
Perform maintenance projects to ensure that safety and quality standards are met or exceeded. Assure that machine guards are in place when machines are operating. Fabricate and position machine guards where necessary to protect operators and by-standers.
Assist with machine changeovers.
Provide technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems of a mechanical or hydraulic/pneumatic nature. Perform electrical work, if qualified. Determine when to call in outside experts to provide maintenance assistance. Contact and schedule such assistance, as necessary.
Be proactive in maintaining good housekeeping for the manufacturing facility, grounds and administrative offices.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: MANUFACTURING SAFETY
A minimum of a HS diploma or GED is required.
Related mechanical maintenance experience required.
Able to understand written and spoken English.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
Good organizational & planning skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated Math Skills.
Knowledge of machine teardown and rebuild procedures preferred.
Always wear personal protection equipment (PPE) - proper safety eyewear, proper steel-toed shoes and proper hearing protection.
Report all safety concerns and/or accidents, first aid representative immediately no matter how minor.
Inspect the work area at the start of your shift and during your shift to see that required safety equipment is in place and operational.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely inspect, load, unload, and put away the raw and finished products from various locations in the plants using a forklift or roll clamp
Load and unload materials off or onto pallets, platforms, skids, or racking
Coordinate with S&R to ensure finished goods are transferred to warehouse and stored in appropriate space
Pre-stage materials in the department for easy access and minimal travel time
Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory
Ensure all safety and position standard operating procedures are followed
Operate forklift at, or under, posted speed limits at all times and in a safe manner
Ensure warehouse and manufacturing floor is clean and clear from product
Wrap material loads with a wrapper
Troubleshoot equipment as needed
Ensure paperwork is completed in a timely and correct manner
