About the Role:
The Telematics System Analyst is responsible for coordinating all Telematics activities for the Fleet organization. This includes managing hardware installation, reporting requests, driver compliance of logging requirements, geofence management, fuel and mileage reporting for IFTA and IRP, safety alert reporting, and system user management activities.

Essential Functions
Device installation and maintenance
Manage new device installations
Activate and terminate devices
Set up and maintain user profiles
Troubleshooting
Identify non-communicating devices; build appropriate work orders for correction
Investigate mileage and hours differences between Fleet data and Telematics
Investigate public complains and provide reports
Telematics system administration
Provide various reports including alerts
Reconcile monthly invoicing
Ensure ignition sequences are collected on equipment
Ensure aerial components collect PTO measurements
Develop & deliver employee training on Telematics
Any other activities necessary to assist in maintaining accurate and useful Telematics data
Regular and predictable attendance
Other duties as assigned

About You:
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience working with Telematics software application
Prior experience providing Telematics training and support to users
Analytics and reporting experience related to Telematics data
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or comparable field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical thinking skills
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

With the guidance from the Fleet manager, mechanics service and repair all company vehicles, mowing equipment and construction equipment while operating within the budget guidelines and according to EMI standard operating procedures. Job duties may include fluid and filter change, brakes, tune ups, suspension work, welding, and vehicle electrical work. The mechanic should possess the ability to diagnose problems, document work and have reasonable verbal communication skills. Must possess a valid driver license and the working knowledge of basic hand tools. Responsible for vehicle operation, equipment operation and adherence to EMI established safety procedures. Must be available to work extended hours, weekends and during inclement weather. As well as performing the following duties.

The Mechanic must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of company equipment, trucks, automobiles, and small engines to include; perform routine engine maintenance, test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts, adjust components according to specifications, identify if equipment problem is mechanical, electrical, or fuel system, make repairs as needed, deciding when to subcontract repair work, determining when an item is BER (beyond economical repair), recommending purchases of new equipment.

Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements Perform mechanical preventative maintenance according to an established schedule on all required equipment. Inspect machinery, lubricate and make adjustments or repairs as needed and take faulty equipment out of operation until repaired. Directs, assists, and instructs other maintenance employees on jobs where it is necessary to work together or when requested by Supervisor. Does gas cutting as directed. Summary
Responsible for installation, modification and repair of pipes, pipe systems and related equipment. Perform installation, modification, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
Performs under the general supervision of the Foreman, Plumber and is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Assembles and installs a variety of metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings, using threaded caulked, soldering, brazen, fused, or cemented joints, and hand tools.
Secures pipes to structure with bracket, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools.
Installs and maintains refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including compressors, pumps, meter, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, and piping.
Tests piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes for indication of leaks.
Welds pipe supports to structural steel members.
Observes production machines in assigned area of manufacturing facility to detect machinery malfunctions.
