The work, the culture, good environment.

working there was such a great way to meet new people and growing connections with people you’d never know.
management cares less about your mental well-being and more about just slaving away
paid vacation for anyone after a certain amount of time
The people. Working with a team like we have here, I've developed life long Friendships. They've always had my back, abs have never let me down.
The hours. Sometimes working 60-80 hours a week for nothing extra, and not even to achieve extra work, just having to be an associate because of call outs, short staff has made the work/ life balance all out of sync.
Salary. They pay really well, though no overtime, certain stores receive a bonus which helps, but the base salary is really good pay for this job.
The employees were great to work with and the guest were kind.
