Kimberly Walker is a Chief Legal Officer at Racine Unified School District and is based in Racine, Wisconsin. She has worked as Executive Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Associate Attorney at RATZEL & ASSOCIATES LLC, and Chief Operations Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. Kimberly studied at Tennessee State University between 1991 and 1995 and Marquette University Law School between 1995 and 1998.

Shannon Gordon is the Chief Operating Officer for Racine Unified School District. Prior to joining RUSD Shannon served as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Budget Services for Milwaukee Public Schools. In that role, she planned, organized and coordinated the development, preparation, presentation, implementation and evaluation of a $1.1 billion annual budget and long-range operational and financial planning. Prior to joining MPS, Shannon worked as Director of the Fritsche/Humboldt Park Community Learning Center coordinating a wide range of youth and adult programs and services that promoted student achievement and community partnerships. In addition to her local experience, Shannon has worked at the federal level for the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor and at the state level in the Ohio Lt. Governor’s Office.

Soren Gajewski is a Deputy Chief of Secondary Schools at Racine Unified School District and Principal at Racine Unified School District and is based in Racine, Wisconsin. He has worked as Teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools.
