Pros of working at Rackspace

The team and other Rackers

Cons of working at Rackspace

Management. Micromanagement to the absolute extreme, good luck if you like to have your bathroom time monitored and checked. Lower pay than average. They dont care if you are a hard worker, they care more about your adherence to your break schedule, forget about going above and beyond.

Rackspace benefits

They took them all away to save costs :/
