Provide service to customers after the sale to include but not be limited to hardware/technical problems, deposit issues, and chargebacks. Identify new business opportunities; make pre-planned (and joint) calls to potential new and existing customers. Develop and maintain customer relationships and understanding of bank products and services to ensure commercial banking relationships are fully developed and the customer's ongoing needs are met. Serve as customer liaison with bank personnel to ensure compliance matters are adhered to. Actively seek new commercial customer and business opportunities through joint calling efforts, community involvement, and center of influence connections in the market. Assume responsibility for proper documentation and data integrity. Review and prepare monthly reports pertaining to sales activity. Stays informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Prepare and present Treasury proposals and demonstrations as assigned. Represent the bank in the community to develop business and promote The First Bank and Trust products and services.
