**Role Summary:**
The Client Service Representative (CSR) will serve as a single point of contact for Radial clients. The CSR will serve as the single point of contact and manage day-to-day communications between assigned client groups and Radial for all fulfillment needs and will interact with clients and site leadership on a daily basis through email, phone calls, text messages, etc. as necessary.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Primary contact for customers related to all operational inquiries, reporting, KPI's, etc in support of the fulfillment Site Director.
+ Assisting customers in resolving all questions and issues.
+ Trouble resolution root cause both operational and systemic, with internal escalation & communication as required.
+ Making sound business decisions and resolving escalated customer issues in a professional manner.
+ Tracking, reporting and making suggestions regarding the current impact of policies and procedures on the customer experience. Communicate these points effectively to site leadership
+ Providing exceptional service by assisting customers via phone, email, chat, and text.
+ Processing requests in customer service, escalation, and other queues correctly and efficiently.
+ Managing projects with minimal supervision.
+ Following up on status of issues forwarded to other Radial personnel to ensure that client's/customer's concerns are addressed promptly. Solve issues through research (system, in the operation, collaborating with customer and leadership, etc) as much as possible
+ Assisting with floor support.
+ Maintaining a high level of customer knowledge (forecast, product, policies, procedures, promotions, etc).
+ May be required to complete other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience in a warehouse setting
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills - within the company and with customers
+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); reporting and troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of department processes and SOPs
+ Collaborative approach and excellent problem-solving ability
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
+ Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams are required
+ Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule on a year-round basis including extended hours
+ Must be able to hear and understand verbal instructions
+ Must possess capability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds
+ Must be able to climb stairs, to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products

**Role Summary:**
The Operations Manager provides leadership and supervision to an operations team working for the same value stream to create a world-class operations team. This includes, but is not limited to, managing inbound, and, pick/ pack operations, and outbound shipments, and maintaining inventory. This role will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and executing transformation initiatives related to controllership process optimization, financial policy, internal controls, and revenue recognition.
Serving as the co-Process Owner for US Controllership, the Technical Accounting Director, US Controllership will partner with key finance and business stakeholders to establish best-in-class controllership processes and governance that aligns with Ingram Micro's SEC reporting, audit, and public company compliance requirements. This role will also assist in leading several core governance capabilities in US Controllership including Financial Policy Management, SOX execution and compliance, and ensuring alignment between FaaST transformation deliverables and broader controllership governance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader with a deep technical accounting background, a proven track record in finance/controllership transformation, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration at the executive level, as well as having a track record of driving best practices by implementing new technology and processes for controllership.

What you bring to the role:

Expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, financial internal controls and risks, SOX/ICFR compliance, and financial policy standardization. A strong background in revenue recognition governance, particularly in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments (e.g., SaaS, cloud, or subscription-based models), is a distinct plus.
Experience working in a global business matrixed environment with a sound understanding of global processes and transactional flows & analytics (data collection, sub-systems, ledger).

The Director, Global Sourcing & Center of Excellence will lead a talented team in strategic sourcing working closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and key stakeholders to deliver value and support the organization's strategic goals. The Vice President, Global Operations Solutions and Engineering will manage, direct, and provide leadership across all functions of the supply chain organization including logistics solutions, operations automation, and infrastructure supporting logistics and supply chain transformation. Financial Management

The Information Security Compliance & Audit Analyst will perform and lead complex compliance reviews, within the IT audits including network, internet, applications, telecommunications, security administration, and contingency planning. Assess risks, develops detail audit/compliance programs, execute audit/compliance programs steps, analyses result and effectively communicates results to senior management.
Your role:
Manage and Support IT compliance activities for regional information security support of ISO27001 auditing, reporting and remediation where appropriate.
Coordinate and communicate IT compliance activities to align with Global Information Security leadership in support and improvement of ISO27001 management system.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93,000.00 - $158,100.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
