With locations in Tennessee, Nevada and Michigan, we are able to service your account with minimal lead times. Industrial orders received before 3:00 local time ship the same day for in-stock items. All of Radians glasses are produced in ISO Certified facilities. They meet or exceed ANSI Z87.1 + standards and many styles have also been evaluated to Canadian safety standards. Hearing protectors are tested in accordance with ANSI S3.19-1974 standards.

Pros of working at Radians

The pros of working here is the pay. The people are easy to get along with. Again the pay

Cons of working at Radians

Their point system is designed for you to get fired. Even if you're in the hospital and give them documentation of being there you still get points, if they see you're sick or injured and they send you home you still get points, if you are 5 minutes to 10 minutes late you get points, if you miss a punch and correct it you get points. If you have an emergency you get points. And you only get 2 hours of PTO every pay period which leaves no room for you to take off or to cover an emergency. They don't give raises either. If their system is messed up and don't record your time you get points.

Going home. Oh and their lunches be okay.

Nothing. They are uncover racist and it shows by the way they talk and treat their employees.

This company is beyond hope.

It's not family oriented. If you have a family this is not the place for you.
