Pros of working at Radio Flyer

Amazing benefits, employee programs, and work from home opportunities. The company is transparent and the CWO and Senior Management Team care about the employees feedback.

There are limited opportunities for growth for certain roles which in turn caps the salary for those roles.

The CEO and Senior Leaders are transparent about what is happening with the business. The company also thrive on a feedback/feed forward way of working so you are always learning and growing.

I wouldn't change anything about the culture. Radio Flyer is a unique and wonderful place.

I had to write about three things I was successful at and one thing I failed at. I also had to prepare ten questions about the business/job that I wanted answered.
