Mobile Radiologic Technologist The Mobile Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using mobile radiographic equipment. This position involves traveling to various locations, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute cares, rehab hospitals, assisted livings, and patient homes, to provide essential imaging services. The technician will ensure high-quality images are captured while delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Operate portable radiographic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images following the prescribed imaging protocols. Safely transport and operate mobile imaging equipment at various locations, including hospitals, clinics, and patient residences. REQUIREMENTS Earned degree from a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) program. Completed internships with hands-on clinical experience during the degree program. Passed or scheduled to take qualifying exams within the required timeframe for LMRT or ARRT certification. Must be able to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., as the role involves loading and unloading mobile radiographic equipment from the vehicle. Valid state radiology license (if applicable). * Full-time& PRN Night (Port Arthur) (Beaumont) The Radiology Technologist/CT will operate radiographic equipment to produce radiographs of the body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by the ER Physician in accordance with the Radiologist accepted protocol. The technologist will also be proficient in the positioning of the patient and the examining table to obtain optimum views of the specified area of the body requested by physician.
