Description:
We are seeking a skilled IR Tech to assist in interventional procedures, including vascular access, angiography, and image-guided therapies. This position requires at least 2 years of recent IR experience in a hospital or surgical setting, with strong knowledge of fluoroscopy and sterile technique.
This role may include on-call duties, weekend/holiday shifts, and floating to other departments. Missed shifts must be made up. Compliance and onboarding typically take 4-6 weeks . Voice screening and a hiring manager interview are required.

CT Technologist Job Responsibilities
* Perform CT scans of all body regions following established protocols and radiologist direction.
* Obtain and document relevant clinical history to support accurate interpretation.
* Start IVs and administer contrast media safely, assessing patient condition and allergies.
* Communicate clearly with patients and families, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
* Practice sterile techniques and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
* Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions.
* Accurately track exams using the Radiology Information System and ensure timely upload to PACS.
* Assist with quality control and accreditation processes.
* Train and orient new staff, students, and job shadows.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
* Clinical environment with exposure to radiation; protective gear required.
* Must wear film badge and adhere to strict safety standards.
* Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, push equipment up to 50 lbs, and lift patients (up to 35 lbs unassisted).
* Must be able to perform CPR and respond to emergencies.

Required Qualifications
* Education: Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program.
* Certification: ARRT certification and Indiana State Board of Health license required.

Essential Functions:
Prepare patients for radiologic procedures.
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures from defined protocols.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging exams.

Use a variety of radiation protection and shielding materials.
Ensure equipment is in working order, report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
Enter procedures on the superbill.
Complete pending radiologic procedures.
Import and burn CDs as needed for physicians and patients.
Maintain examination rooms by stocking necessary medical and radiologic supplies.
Escort patients to and from waiting rooms and exam rooms.
Attend meetings and seminars as needed.
Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adherence to HIPPA guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Knowledge of x-ray procedures and protocols.
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Knowledge of Radiology equipment, including safety hazards.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a clinical environment. Involves exposure to radiation and frequent contact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare personnel. Work may be fast paced at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive. It is possible work may involve interaction with injured or sick patients.
Role Qualifications:
Certification as a radiologic technologist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in X-ray but will consider a new graduate.

AART Certification.
Current state license.
CE compliant.

Physical Requirements:
