Problem Solving -Identifies, proposes solutions, and assists in implementation of ideas for improvements in patient care and department/hospital operations. Functions as a patient advocate. Participates in the successful implementation of changes. - Identifies and takes steps to eliminate unnecessary patient interventions and diagnostic studies.
