In addition to standard radiologic duties, this position includes working in the procedures department and clinic for IOC pain providers. The Rad Tech II contributes to efficient clinic operations by supporting patient care, performing diagnostic imaging, managing durable medical equipment (DME), assisting with procedures, and mentoring new staff. This role is essential to ensuring excellent patient outcomes and a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Clinical and Patient Care • Room patients, gather medical history, vitals, and document intake. • Assist patients with dressing, transfers, and general activities of daily living. • Prepare patients and assist during in-office procedures, including injections. • Apply and remove splints, casts, sutures, staples, and bandages as directed. • Educate patients on treatment plans and use of DME. • Accurately schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
