Performs special procedures including diagnostic and interventional radiography (e.g., C.T., M.R.I., and Mammography). 6. Recommends area assignment of personnel to coordinate activities within the department with other activities and services and represents the department in interdepartmental operations and meetings. 7. Participates in quality assurance activities, including coordination, control and maintenance of technical equipment. 8. Participates in and coordinates procurement and storage of supplies and makes recommendations regarding supply and equipment needs. 9. Performs research and participates in special projects involving evaluation of equipment and delivery of service. 10. May be assigned duties and responsibilities of immediate Supervisor in their absence on a temporary basis. Assignment Level III 1.
