Radiologic Technologist Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
Strong communication and teamwork skills for healthcare environments
Radiology Responsibilities
Perform high-quality radiologic imaging procedures per physician orders and facility protocols
Operate and maintain imaging equipment for specialties including Vascular, MRI, CT, Dexa, and Diagnostic Imaging
Ensure patient safety and comfort during all radiology procedures
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care

The primary responsibility of the Interventional Radiology Tech is to provide assistance with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department through the provision of technical assistance to the IR team.
Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Operates conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts according to physician specifications and/or orders.

A minimum of three (3) years of occupational experience providing direct patient care as a medical assistant, basic x-ray machine operator/limited scope radiologist, radiologytechnician or similar radiology occupation.
Hands-on experience performing diagnostic imaging procedures, with proficiency in the areas covered under limited scope radiology (e.g., chest, extremities, spine).
