Richard Whitney joined NEA in January 2007 as Venture Partner focusing on healthcare investments. He is the founder and Managing Member of Whitney Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm focused primarily on healthcare services and products. Previously, Rich served as Executive Chairman of Specialty Labs where he led the turnaround and successful sale of the company. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer of DaVita, Inc where he was a lead executive in the company’s financial and operating turnaround which created over $3 billion of equity value for investors. Rich earned a Master's of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Anthony graduated with his medical degree from The Ohio State University and became a clinical instructor at UCLA Medical Center in 1993. While a practicing physician, Anthony earned his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management and then joined DaVita Inc. (now DaVita Healthcare Partners). During his time with DaVita, Anthony was promoted from vice president of commercial patients to COO, integration and managed the integration of Gambro Healthcare, which doubled the size of DaVita. In 2008, Anthony rose to CIO leading 1,000 teammates, 300 contractors and $150 million budget developing several new systems for DaVita. Anthony cofounded Radiology Partners in 2012.

Ralph A. Daiuto, Jr., is an accomplished attorney and business leader with over twenty-seven years of fintech and legal experience in the securities industry, establishing and managing several broker-dealers and innovative technology companies (including extensive experience with digital assets and blockchain related technologies), and overseeing their daily operation, including legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. Ralph is currently a Partner and the Chief Regulatory Officer at ShareNett Holdings, LLC, a members-only, global network of professional investors collaborating on curated, quality investment opportunities. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
