The Financial Care Agent is responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of early stage past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each consumer engagement, as well as adhering to all applicable company, client, and regulatory requirements. Construction Observer Water Environment Water Environment at GBA is looking for a construction observer to support their water/wastewater/stormwater projects in the Kansas City metro area out of their Lenexa office. This is a full-time field position. Responsibilities: Oversight of construction observation activities throughout the duration of construction projects. Daily correspondence with contractors is required in order to maintain daily reports of progress on site and resolve any issues that may occur. Complete daily reports of progress on site.
