This includes an hour lunch This position is responsible for operating high lift equipment for the purpose of surplus inventory order fulfillment at the Willingboro facility ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Safe operation of all heavy machinery for which you have completed training. * Ensure high lifts are properly maintained on a regular basis. * Ensure all safety equipment is functional and in place at all times and follow all safety procedures. * Pick surplus inventory at a rate necessary to maintain and exceed expected daily order output * Assist with any and all high lift related job functions when order volume is light * May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned. METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS High Lift Pickers will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet this minimum level of 90% for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action. WORK SCHEDULE This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 10a-7p. Employee's schedule may change due to business needs. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional/overtime as needed. EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY * Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue * Quarterly Reviews - Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity. * Annual Reviews - Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability. COMPENSATION The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $41,600 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is commission eligible, with a commission structure that provides opportunity to earn even more based on your performance WORK ENVIRONMENT The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear "Radwear" (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. All handheld users are required to wear the appropriate belt/holster assembly while a unit is in their possession. Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn. Safety shoes are recommended. METRICS Complete monthly commitments and project deadlines as agreed and described in monthly meetings or through other project planning efforts. Publish high quality code that adheres to department development standards and policies. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company's 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for common paid Company Holidays and 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on first date of employment and may be used immediately upon joining the team.
