Core Responsibilities
? Provide strong clinical and case management leadership
? Maintain the highest quality provision of direct individual and group therapeutic and case management services
? Complete Adult Initial Assessment, Discharges, and Progress Notes
? Collaborate in the development and provision of clinical trainings
? Assist in involving patients in daily activities and scheduled appointments, budgeting, facilitating socialization, health and housing maintenance, community integration, and achieving life recovery
? Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications or Requirements
? Masters in field of social services (Social Work, Marriage &Family Therapy and Clinical Psych) with at least 3 years of experience working with marginalized populations
? Experience working with the homeless, substance abuse, mental health/ with dual diagnosis population
? Work at a traditional housing facility
? Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
? As required by the County of Los Angeles, all SRC employees are required to be fully vaccinated or to have an approved medical or religious exemption by the Company. Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, OR Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy (MSW or MFT).
1-3 recent (within the last 3 years) of experience in a healthcare setting removing psychological barriers to improve client health
Content knowledge of LPS processes including involuntary detainment and the mental health conservatorship processes is required.
Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Science as an LCSW OR LMFT
BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
Discharge experience
Preferred:

The current salary range for this position is $35.84 to $49.28
