**This employment opportunity is being recruited by Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego on behalf of Children's Specialists of San Diego.** The NursePractitioner provides comprehensive physical assessment, treatment, psychosocial support, referral, and health education to children and families in clinical, school, and in-home settings. The NursePractitioner functions as a primary care provider, clinical leader, educator, researcher, care coordinator and consultant and works with the supervision of a physician. Performs within the scope of licensures and in accordance with hospital policies. Some positions will be responsible for being on call according to a predetermined schedule or as needed.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Master's Degree
+ Current California NursePractitioner License
+ Current BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by AHA
+ Furnishing number, State of California (must obtain within 1 year of employment)
+ DEA license for position that require the writing of scheduled medications (must obtain within 1 year of employment)
+ Medicare Billing Number (NPI-National Provider Identifier) - (must obtain within 6 months of employment)
+ Certification: NursePractitioner, National (must obtain within 1 year of employment) Successfully complete the credentialing process through Medical Staff Service
+ Successfully complete the requirements of the delegations of Services for the assigned division

The expected hiring range for this position is $67.58 to $92.93

What We're Looking For
Experience

JOB SUMMARY:
