Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs that empower our retail teams and enhance every step of the client journey. In this critical role, you will create engaging, brand-aligned learning experiences that elevate selling behaviors, reinforce operational excellence, and inspire a culture of continuous growth across our store network.
