Pros of working at RailPros

Expenses are paid for, pay is ok if you don’t mind living out of a suitcase the training is very poor and they will absolutely be very unforgiving if and when you make a mistake , turnover is very high for that reason.

Cons of working at RailPros

Nepotism and cronyism are the only vehicles for advancement and Management treats the employees badly with unforgiving audits always looking for opportunities to dismiss on weak grounds without sufficient training

RailPros benefits

I have not found them they must have them well disguised
