Day to Day there is a high level of changing customer requirements, So from a sales perspective there are greater opportunities to provide more services to customers and earn more branch revenue/commissions.

As a privately held family run business, the company lagged a bit behind in adopting current CRM, Quote generation and inventory/rental asset control. So at present they are catching up but still behind the curve a bit.
