It’s a good place to learn about the industry the right way and most coworkers are great.

Cons of working at Rainbow Treecare

It is a corrupt conglomerate in disguise of an employee owned business. Executives sit at the top and give themselves big checks and fancy cars. Management is a few old white men who have gone unchecked for too long and if you’re not one of their favorites, they actively push you out. The benefits suck. There are no bonuses or incentives.
