What you will do in the role:
Oversees the entire hospital operation during the time which administration is not present.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Change Advisory Board to evaluate the impact of changes on the environment using information from the CMDB.
Chair the Configuration Control Board (CCB) to approve and oversee changes to the configuration management system and its infrastructure.
Review and approve significant changes to the IT infrastructure that could affect the CMDB.
Facilitate audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of the CMDB data and resolve any compliance issues.
Facilitate communication between IT and business units to ensure alignment with Configuration Management goals.
Mentor and train teams on Configuration Management best practices, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Configuration Management, including hands-on experience with CMDB tools and processes
· Certifications in ITIL, ITIL Service Transition, and/or Configuration Management Databases.
· Proven track record in leading Configuration Management efforts in a large organization, preferably in the public sector.
· Strong understanding of IT Service Management and Service Configuration Management best practices.
