Pros of working at Rally House

Working at the corporate offices seemed great at first until the newness wears off. Worst place I have ever worked.

Cons of working at Rally House

The corporate office environment is lacking any diversity. Those in supervisor roles are only in them bc of tenure not bc of education, experience, or any real qualifications. The nepotism is beyond ridiculous and the ramifications of it show daily. There are no policies or procedures for anything even some as simple as covid. The HR person Amy is in completely over her head. There are little 20 somethings in positions they have no business being in. The most unorganized unprofessional company I have ever worked for. They constantly brag about profits but don't pay hourly workers a fair or even industry standard wage. Benefits suck. The women are gossipy and catty.

Rally House benefits

Literally nothing. I was so happy to leave and will tell everyone I know to NEVER work here.

What do you like best about Rally House's CEO and the leadership team?

Literally nothing. They do not care about anything or anyone other than themselves. Can't answer questions and get offended you even ask. My supervisor was a middle aged woman who was a supervisor for the first time in her life all of 6 months before I started. The ego, micromanage, and desire to see others fail was disgusting at best. When brought up to superiors nothing was done. All words and no action.

How would you improve Rally House's culture?

Get rid of the nepo babies, get rid of the good ol boys club, get rid of those in portions only due to tenure.... you know actually build a business. Treat your employees with respect and show them their value for making you so much money. Do better all around. The worst culture I've ever experienced on every level.

How did you prepare for the Rally House interview?
