Job Description The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving/Warranty Clerk with Rallye BMW! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive parts skills and knowledge to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding team! Responsibilities for this position include: Track incoming and outgoing shipments, and verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records. Determine shipment methods. Notify other departments in the dealership when their parts arrive. Attend or complete any required training. The Lot Driver operates motor vehicles on and off the premises for transport, pickup and delivery in support of auction activities. Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area to support the flow of vehicles for the car auction. Hourly Range: $16.50-$17 hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday Working hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm **Clean Background & Valid Drivers License w/ Clean Driving Record Required** Drive vehicles to and from designated areas, as well as pick up and deliver vehicles while observing auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courteous and defensive driving principles. Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale day. Verify VIN of cars being picked up and or delivered against transportation requests.
