They give everyone a great opportunity to make money they treat everyone the same this was the best move I made love working for the Clayton Brothers. All you need to do is come to work and do your job and live. Don't get it wrong you're going to work for the money but it's there for you to get. If they are making money you are definitely making money.
Every company has its day of problems with me saying that the hide and seek
Overtime, benefits are good, money is great and the management just want you to show up and work
Dispatcher is cool to work with managers are great as well as HR I get a lot of help from some of the good drivers.
some of the drivers are petty and greedy but that's because they don't see other drivers as an equal even when you better than them, we all make the same pay but they cut your throat to work overtime. lol let em have it and the older trucks really suck should have been put to sleep 10 years ago
