I am an entrepreneur and CEO passionate about using my experience and network to help other CEOs achieve their goals. I bring CEOs together in invitation only groups for deep strategic collaboration and I assist in mergers, acquisitions and fund raising. As we know, the Chief Executive Officer is the only position at a company that has no peers. It can be lonely at the top. I experienced this firsthand during my various CEO roles. As the CEO of Grabit, I participated in the Alliance of CEOs in Northern California. The Alliance of CEOs brings leaders together in high-level, “safe”, confidential environments where they can discuss their most critical strategic challenges and opportunities in ways they cannot do anywhere else. I found the collaboration with other CEOs to be extremely valuable. After my latest company, Grabit, was acquired, I partnered with The Alliance of CEOs and am now expanding the Alliance outside Northern California. I also work with the CEOs in additional ways. As an example, I have a lot of experience raising funds, acquiring enterprises and selling companies. I help CEOs on these matters by bringing a significant network of resources for acquisitions, mergers and fundraising.Prior to my current roles, I was CEO of Grabit, a robotics technology company helping clients like Nike automate their production line. Grabit was acquired by the Burke Porter Group. I was President at OpSec, a world leader in Brand Protection whose clients include over 400 of the world’s top brand including Visa, MasterCard, National Football League, Major League Baseball, General Motors, Pfizer and many more. Additionally, I was CEO at Miradia, a fabless semiconductor company focused on HD displays. Miradia was acquired by the Walsin Lihwa Group in Taiwan. I also ran large organizations within JDS Uniphase and Raychem. I started my career as Nuclear Engineering Officer for the U.S. Navy where I served on board the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA at Florida Tech University.
