What You'll Need: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field; engineering preferred. * Over 5 years of senior-level document control or engineering services experience in a high-tech environment. * Proficiency with PLM/PDM systems such as Agile, Arena, or Empower (Empower experience highly preferred). * Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and PLM software. * Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, document control systems, BOM structures, change order processes, and engineering/manufacturing documentation types. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. * Experience in organizations with outsourced manufacturing and quality engineering experience is a plus.
