Key Responsibilities: * Lead multi-functional formation and alignment of computer vision-based PC user experience innovations * Lead definition and alignment of HW/SW/FW requirements to implement those improvements * Assess the current state of AMD's HW, FW, SW and ecosystem capabilities and define the generational improvements while engaging with existing cross-company efforts to build solution components * Grow advanced system development teams to implement and augment the existing IP/SOC/SW engineering teams and program and product management teams - implement, optimize, tune, and test at the system level * Define and enter into ecosystem partnership for solution components * Ensure system assessments and customer platform attainment to deliver industry best products * Develop positive relationships with key people across the organization and development partners * Work with architects to set design and development plan and objectives (IP, SoC, Power, Firmware, System, Network, Compute, Storage and Workloads) Preferred Experience: * Depth and expertise in image sensors, image processing, and image analysis and inference (AI/ML) as well as in GPU user experience with respect to image processing and analysis as well as image consumption * Experience in Compute, Network, Storage, architecture in building large AI/ML cluster and experience with tuning multi node RCCL, inference/training workloads. * Speak firmware and software, not just hardware Academic Credentials: * Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant field * Master's Degree (MS) preferred #LI-BW2 Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance. THE ROLE: As a member of the front-end verification team you will be part of a multi-site team to help drive successful verification execution and prove the functional correctness of the next generation of AMD/Xilinx programmable devices.
