Part-time Job Description: Ramp Agent/Passenger Service Agent/ Cross Utilized Agent Reports To: General Manager Ramp Agents are responsible for facilitating the turnaround of aircraft (arrivals and departures). The ramp agent works under the guidance of the Lead Agent to direct aircraft into the gate, load, unload and sort all baggage and cargo, service lavatories, fill the aircraft's portable water supply and direct the aircraft during gate push-back. As an Air Logistics Ramp Associate you will contribute to the timely delivery of Express packages by loading and unloading of air freight containers, moving these containers from airplane to truck for on-time delivery to our customers at our airport location.
