Greenhouse - Farm Worker (Start 2/26) The Greenhouse - Farm Worker is responsible for planting, growing flowers, trees, shrubbery, and other plants for distribution and sale at Home Depot garden centers. This role is responsible for many parts of the growing cycle starting from seeds to cultivation to preparation for sale. This position reports to the leadership of the greenhouse/farm including the Production Manager, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager. This is an outdoor farm worker role. Ability to read and understand feed rations and properly mix feed on a daily basis. Assists in all farming and haying activities. Leverages creativity and problem-solving skills to deal with situations that arise on the farm on a daily basis. Customer Service/Communication Works with the rest of the farm team to promote and sell Herr Angus cattle and beef. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Works proactively to identify problems and craft creative solutions. Demonstrated experience with attention to detail and excellent organization skills. Physical requirements and work environment: Must be able to perform strenuous physical activity in variety of extreme environments (hot, cold, humid, wet, windy etc).
