Customer Service/Communication Works with the rest of the farm team to promote and sell Herr Angus cattle and beef. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Works proactively to identify problems and craft creative solutions. Ability to analyze situations, apply independent judgment, discretion, and initiative to address problems and develop practical, thorough and creative solutions. Demonstrated experience with attention to detail and excellent organization skills. Competencies desired: strategic thinking, creativity, problem solving, process management, communication skills, team management and perseverance. Physical requirements and work environment: Must be able to perform strenuous physical activity in variety of extreme environments (hot, cold, humid, wet, windy etc).
