Greenhouse - Farm Worker (Start 2/26) The Greenhouse - Farm Worker is responsible for planting, growing flowers, trees, shrubbery, and other plants for distribution and sale at Home Depot garden centers. This role is responsible for many parts of the growing cycle starting from seeds to cultivation to preparation for sale. This position reports to the leadership of the greenhouse/farm including the Production Manager, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager. This is an outdoor farm worker role. Leverages creativity and problem-solving skills to deal with situations that arise on the farm on a daily basis.
