    Our horse and farm animal rescue ranch in Union, Missouri is seeking an experienced Ranch Manager to assist the Ranch Director in the daily operations of the ranch, including: taking care of animals, supervision/instruction of employees and volunteers, and maintenance of a safe and clean environment. You will need a valid Class E driver's license (or the ability to obtain one), a four year degree, and 5 years of management experience in an animal care/ranch environment. Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills are also a must. Position requires a flexible schedule and includes weekend work.

    Thompson Thrift is seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our team working at our Ranch near Paris, Illinois! The position is full-time and includes great pay, benefits, 401k, PTO and bonus potential! Duties and Responsibilities: Use equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment Move, load, or unload materials Assist in light construction if necessary Remove debris and trash from work site Perform general site clean-up Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training Physical Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to work in both outside/ inside environmental and atmospheric conditions Ability to operate heavy equipment as needed Physical demands over 60 pounds Ability to work with the team to ensure grounds are picked up on a daily basis, that trash is removed daily, and that any additional jobs are communicated to Manager and Supervisor.
