DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This is the first level in the Evaluator series and requires a demonstrated understanding of academic program requirements and of transcript evaluation processes. Positions at this level are distinguished from the Evaluator II by the level of responsibility assumed and the complexity of duties assigned. Employees at the Evaluator II level perform the most difficult and responsible types of duties assigned to classes within this series and provide initial work guidance and support to employees at the Evaluator I level. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Any combination equivalent to: an Associate's Degree

This role provides in-home consultation(reliable transportation is a requirement) for clients and support to staff for basic medical care (medication management, after-care procedures, checking and reviewing vitals). A nurse assessment is generally done once a month per client with follow up visits weekly (the hours available per client are determined by the San Diego Regional Center- some clients have 3 hour per week, while others have 2 per month, all depending on their medical needs). Nurse Consultant provides notes of assessments, examinations, and any developing concerns for ACT staff to follow up with the client's medical providers. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Esthetician License (Required)
As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Achieve personal and store sales and service goals.
Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and all product lines represented in the salon.
Perform 40-50 minute services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial's, Procell, lash lift& tint, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting, scalp massage. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.
Analyzing Acne clients for Face Reality Acne protocol, selling Face Reality packages and products.
Use Boulevard point of sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
Work with the Esthetician Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are always on hand.
Assist with all in-store operational processes, including housekeeping, towel/sheet laundry, and salon cleaning, to maintain a beautiful environment.
Ensure salon standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
Attend mandatory esthetician and product training, including team meetings.
Marketing Support participation…
Support the team in bringing our brand to life - help with in-store promotions, branded social media content during your shift, and local events.
Participate in off-site pop-ups to connect with new clients and share the FACE FOUNDRIÉ experience.
Participate in Photo and Video content to be use on Social Media platforms.
Experience we are looking for…
Active California Esthetician License
Experience in facials, extractions, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, Procell, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting, lash lift + tinting.
Proficiency with the use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
Ability to work independently, and most importantly as a team player.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to retain clients
