Laid back environment in the office, lots of fun. Nice retirement package.
The office policies are stuck in the 50s. Men have the availability to come and go and work from home as needed. The women are monitored to the minute with zero flexibility. Pay & PTO are not competitive with local comps. Lack of technology usage.

The President seems to genuinely care about everyone and their families.
Treat both genders the same. More flexibility in schedule.
The compensation is behind local comps for the same job. The ONLY salary increases are an annual cost of living increase. It's the same percentage for everyone across the board regardless of your accomplishments or contributions for the year.
Only 1 minority person in the office. No female project managers.
